Research advances in 125 radioactive seed implantation for treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer

摘要

摘要: 近年来125I放射性粒子植入治疗不可切除胰腺癌迅猛发展,临床实践表明,它在缓解患者疼痛,局部控制肿瘤进展,延长患者生存时间等方面具有良好效果。介绍了125I放射性粒子的物理、生物学特性及治疗优缺点,以及125I放射性粒子植入治疗不可切除胰腺癌的治疗方法、手术安全性、临床治疗效果等。认为作为一种切实有效的治疗方案,有条件的医疗单位应积极推广应用。

Abstract: In recent years,125 radioactive seed implantation has been greatly developed for the treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer,and clinical practice shows that it has good therapeutic effects in relieving pain,controlling local tumor progression,and prolonging patients' survival time. This article introduces the physical and biological features of125 radioactive seeds and the advantages and disadvantages of implantation,as well as the therapeutic method,surgical safety,and clinical effects of125 radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer. This article points out that it is an effective therapeutic method and should be widely applied in well-equipped hospitals.
