摘要

摘要: 近年来,随着肝细胞癌基础和临床研究的不断深入,肝细胞癌异质性、生物学特性、分子分型和个体化治疗等正逐渐成为现代临床肝癌治疗学的基本指导思想。多结节肝细胞癌作为肝癌大体标本的一种表现形式,无论从分子学起源,还是指导其诊治的临床分型指南,均有了新的进展,同时也出现了新的争议。综述了多结节肝细胞癌的基础研究及临床进展,希望对肝细胞癌的临床防治提供参考,有助于患者生存获益。

Abstract: In recent years,with the development of in- depth basic and clinical research on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the heterogeneity,biological characteristics,molecular subtyping,and individualized treatment of HCC have gradually become the basic guiding principles for the clinical treatment of HCC in the modern era.Multinodular HCC is a form of gross specimens of HCC,and new achievements have been made in the molecular origin and guidelines for clinical typing of HCC,which guide the diagnosis and treatment of HCC.However,new controversies have also appeared.This article reviews the advances in basic and clinical research on multinodular HCC,hoping to provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment of HCC and contribute to patients' survival benefit.
