摘要: <正>神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine neoplasm,NEN)是一类相对罕见的来源于肽能神经元和神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤[1],可发生于全身许多器官和组织,如消化道、肺、胸腺、子宫等,其中多见于消化道,其约占NEN的75%[2],以胃肠道为主,胆管系统相对少见,该肿瘤生长相对缓慢,临床表现不典型,易与其他肿瘤混淆,导致发现时已属晚期,治疗效果较差。本文回顾性分析了本院收治并手术证实的5例胆管NEN患者的临床资
