摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,68岁,因"反复上腹胀1年,复发加重1个月"于2014年10月12日就诊于本院肝病科。患者于2013年10月无明显诱因出现上腹胀满不适,伴嗳气反酸,起初服"消食片"症状可缓解,后病情反复,腹胀进行性加重。2014年6月外院查肝功能:白蛋白(Alb)34 g/L、AST 49 U/L、ALP 198 U/L、GGT 128 U/L。中上腹增强CT:肝脾增大,门静脉增粗,腹主动
