Correlation between microRNA-520a and clinicopathological features of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的旨在评估microRNA-520a与肝细胞癌(HCC)患者临床病理参数之间的关系。方法收集2010年1月-2015年12月于泰山医学院附属医院行手术治疗的183例HCC患者病例资料及组织标本。定量Real-time PCR检测microRNA-520a在纳入患者的HCC组织及其对应的癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析其表达水平与HCC患者的临床病理特征之间的关系。多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,2组间比较采用独立样本t检验。相关性分析采用Spearman相关分析法。结果 microRNA-520a在HCC组织中的表达水平,与其对应相邻的癌旁组织相比显著降低(1.92±0.76 vs 2.73±1.15,t=-6.731,P<0.001)。受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.711(95%可信区间:0.640.79,P<0.001)。存在远期转移(P=0.031)、高临床TNM分期(P=0.022)、血清HBV阳性(P<0.001)、存在肿瘤分隔(P=0.026)的患者,其HCC组织中microRNA-520a的表达水平显著降低。相关因素分析表明,micro...
