摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,43岁,因"发热6 d,目黄4 d"于2016年3月18日入本院。患者于入院前6 d无明显诱因出现发热、双腿瘀斑、尿黄,发热时伴有大汗,未监测体温,未行系统诊治,入院前4 d出现目黄,入院前1 d进食油腻食物后出现呕吐,呕吐物为内容物。既往:否认病毒性肝炎病史及接触史,否认输血史,来自牧区,有牛羊接触史。吸烟30余年,平均3支/d,饮酒
