Research advances in association between blood neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio and prognosis of related liver diseases

摘要: 近期研究发现炎症反应与肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭、原发性肝癌的病情进展呈正相关并影响其预后,而中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率(NLR)作为炎症反应的标志物,计算简便、可重复性好,对判断其预后有良好前景。介绍了NLR与肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭、原发性肝癌预后的相关研究进展,认为NLR对肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭及原发性肝癌的预后判断有重要意义,但对于不同疾病最佳截点的选取仍存在争议,尚需进一步研究。Abstract: Recent studies have found that inflammatory response is positively associated with the progression of liver cirrhosis, acute-on-chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer and can affect their prognosis, and as a marker for inflammatory response, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio ( NLR) is easy to calculate, has good repeatability, and holds promise for prognostic evaluation. This article introduces the research advances in the association of NLR with the prognosis of liver cirrhosis, acute-on-chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer and points out that NLR plays an important role in evaluating the prognosis of liver cirrhosis, acute-on-chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer. However, there are still controversies over the selection of optimal cut-off values for different diseases, and further studies are needed.
