Research advances in animal models of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis

  • 摘要: 肝泡状棘球蚴病是人感染多房棘球蚴绦虫的虫卵所引起的一种严重的寄生虫病。研究肝泡状棘球蚴病的发生发展机制对于探索新的诊疗手段具有重要的意义,而建立良好的实验动物模型是进行深入研究的基础。通过查阅国内外包虫病动物模型建立的相关文献,对建立棘球蚴病实验动物模型的保种、实验动物的选择、建模方法、评估手段及其优缺点进行了综述,旨在为棘球蚴病动物模型相关研究提供参考。
