摘要

摘要: 胆石病人群发病率较高,目前胆囊切除术已成为治疗胆囊结石的标准治疗方法。中医药治疗胆石病历史悠久,经验丰富,总结了中西医结合在治疗胆囊炎、控制胆道感染、调节胆汁代谢、预防胆管术后狭窄及结石再生等方面的显著效果,为将来针对胆囊结石患者制订个体化精准的治疗方案提供经验。

Abstract: Chololithiasis has a high incidence rate, and at present, cholecystectomy has become the standard method for the treatment of gallstones.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has a long history in the treatment of chololithiasis and has accumulated rich experience.This article summarizes the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treating cholecystitis, controlling biliary tract infection, regulating bile metabolism, and preventing stenosis and recurrence of calculus after bile duct surgery, in order to provide experience for the development of individualized and accurate treatment regimens for patients with gallstones.
