<正>肝黏液性囊性肿瘤(mucinous cystic neoplasm,MCN)是世界卫生组织2010年消化系统肿瘤分类中新命名的一类病变,以往被称为肝胆管囊腺瘤或囊腺癌,是一种罕见的肿瘤。其发生率约占肝脏良性肿瘤的5%[1],国内外报道较少。本科于2016年3月收治1例,现报告如下并结合文献讨论。1病例资料患者女性,51岁,因"发现腹胀1年"入院,无发热,无恶心、呕吐,无皮肤、巩膜黄染。既往:吸烟20余年,10支/d;否
