Prevalence of primary liver cancer in Eastern countries and related influencing factors

摘要: 原发性肝癌是严重危害人类健康的疾病,东方国家是全世界肝癌的高发地区。世界卫生组织相关数据显示,近年来大部分东方国家的原发性肝癌发病率呈下降趋势,其中乙型肝炎疫苗接种,乙、丙型肝炎抗病毒药物的应用以及黄曲霉毒素污染减少是原发性肝癌发病率下降的主要因素;酒精性及非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病率逐年上升,其作为原发性肝癌的危险因素应引起重视。Abstract: Primary liver cancer is a serious disease which threatens human health, and Eastern countries have a high prevalence rate of primary liver cancer. Data from the World Health Organization show that in recent years, the incidence rate of liver cancer tends to decrease in most Eastern countries, and hepatitis B vaccination, application of antiviral drugs for hepatitis B and C, and reduced aflatoxin contamination are the main reasons for the reduction in the incidence rate of liver cancer. The incidence rates of alcoholic and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are gradually increasing year by year, which should be taken seriously as a risk factor for liver cancer.
