<正>随着临床医生对原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)认识的不断加深以及抗线粒体抗体(AMA)检测技术的广泛应用,我国被检出PBC病例数呈不断上升趋势。但PBC起病隐匿,早期无特异性症状,首诊误诊率仍高达70%,尤其是AMA阴性者。现报道1例高滴度抗平滑肌抗体(SMA)的AMA阴性PBC,以提高
