<正>原发性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）是一种具有遗传基础的慢性进展性胆汁淤积性肝病,患者早期主要表现为乏力、皮肤瘙痒等非特异性症状,随着疾病进展,逐渐出现黄疸、脾大、门静脉高压,最终发展为肝硬化、肝衰竭。PBC易合并多种自身免疫性疾病,如干燥综合征、系统性硬化症、类风湿关节炎和桥本甲状腺炎等。国际多项研究[1-2]均表明PBC呈全球性分布,并存
