摘要

摘要: 加强慢性HBV感染孕妇及其所分娩婴儿的规范化管理是切断HBV母婴传播、确保母婴安全和降低儿童慢性HBV感染的最主要措施。孕妇和儿童是特殊人群，慢性HBV感染孕妇和儿童的抗病毒治疗不论药物选择和疗效评价都与一般人群不同。本文将对慢性HBV感染孕妇和儿童的抗病毒治疗的药物选择及疗效评价进行归纳和总结，以期对慢性HBV感染孕妇和儿童更好地进行管理和治疗。

Abstract: The most important measure for preventing mother-to-child transmission of HBV and reducing chronic HBV infection in children is enhancing the standardized management of chronic HBV infection in pregnant women and their infants. Pregnant women and children are special populations, and antiviral therapy for pregnant women and children with chronic HBV infection differs from that of general population in terms of drug selection and efficacy evaluation. This article will review the selection and efficacy of antiviral drugs for pregnant women and children with chronic HBV infection, in order to help clinicians manage and treat this special population more effectively.
