  • 摘要:

    非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)在全球总人口中的患病率呈现逐步增加趋势,由NAFLD导致的肝脏恶性肿瘤的发病率也不断上升。肥胖是NAFLD发生的独立危险因素。在体质量正常的HIV感染者中,25%患有NAFLD,消瘦型NAFLD在HIV感染者中较为常见。本文在查阅国内外文献的基础上,对HIV感染者NAFLD的流行病学、病理生理学、组织学、诊断、筛查、干预措施、治疗及临床管理进行概述,以期提高公众、临床医师及相关管理机构对HIV感染者NAFLD的认识。
