日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术专家共识

Expert consensus on day-case laparoscopic cholecystectomy

  • 摘要: 日间手术的概念最早由英国的Nicoll医师提出,指患者于1 d(24 h)内完成入院、出院的手术或操作。近年,我国也逐步开展了腹腔镜胆囊切除术的日间模式。日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术可显著缩短住院时间、降低院内感染、加速患者康复、有效提高医疗资源使用效率、降低医疗成本。中国研究型医院学会微创外科学专业委员会组织来自外科、麻醉、护理的专家,制定本专家共识,以期为探索与发展标准化的日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术提供参考,推动日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术的规范化应用与推广。
