  • 摘要: 大量数据显示,酒精性肝损伤(ALI)的患病率呈逐年攀升趋势,且成为肝硬化、肝癌等慢性肝病致死的主要原因之一。现代医学对于ALI的预防主要是通过戒酒,治疗主要是采用具有抗氧化、抗纤维化作用的西药以及后期的营养支持。但西药的整体治疗效果并不理想,仅可缓解初期症状,若ALI较为严重,仍需采取手术治疗。研究表明,从天然药物、食物中提取的单体成分对ALI具有明显的防治作用,且安全性高、获取便利。因此,本文系统地概述了防治ALI的主要天然药食单体,并提出药食联用防治ALI的构想。从关注健康全过程的角度出发,以期探求更为有效的预防、保健及治疗方法,为ALI的防控提供研究思路。
