<正>肝病至今仍是人类沉重的健康负担和五大死亡原因之一,肝病的发病率及其相关死亡亦无减轻迹象。究其原因主要为肥胖、糖尿病和酒精滥用相关脂肪性肝病的患病率增长迅猛,而其危害除影响肝脏外,还涉及糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化和肝外恶性肿瘤[1-2]。作为重要的慢性非传染性疾病,脂肪性肝病现已取代病毒性肝炎成为全球第一大肝病,对人类健康和社会发展构成
