摘要: <正>1临床资料患者,男,52岁,因皮肤巩膜黄染4个月,全身乏力2个月于2003年6月2日入院,既往:2001年3月因门脉高压行脾切除、贲门周围血管离断术,临床诊断为:乙型肝炎肝硬化、肝功能失代偿。入院后行改善肝功能、全身状态及凝血功能治疗,之后于2003年6月20日行同种异体原位肝移植术,供肝热缺
