<正>胆总管结石为肝胆外科常见疾病,因其可能造成急性胆总管梗阻致胆汁淤积、感染等严重并发症,需采取积极的手术治疗措施。随着微创外科理念的普及以及腔镜和内镜技术日益成熟,开腹手术已较少应用于胆总管结石的治疗,现多采用腹腔镜或(和)十二指肠镜的微创术式治疗[1]。国内外胆总管结
