<正>内镜食管静脉曲张套扎术（esophageal variceal ligation,EVL）已被普遍接受和推荐治疗食管静脉破裂出血,并被国内外指南列为预防和治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血安全有效的治疗手段[1-2]。内镜下静脉曲张套扎治疗因其创伤小,术后恢复快等特点是目前被广泛推荐为治疗和预防食管静脉曲张出血
