<正>上皮样血管内皮瘤(epithelioid hemangioendothelioma,EHE)是一类来源于血管内皮细胞的肿瘤,由Weiss和Enzinger在1982年首先描述[1],其恶性程度介于血管瘤和血管内皮肉瘤之间,可发生于全身各部位,以软组织居多,亦可发生于肺、骨、大脑、小肠、肾脏等脏器。1984年,Ishak等[2]首次报告了一系列
