<正>氟尿嘧啶作为一种化疗植入剂,现已广泛应用于消化系统肿瘤(如肝癌、食管癌、结直肠癌、胃癌等)的治疗[1]。我国肝癌患者大多存在不同程度的肝炎后肝硬化,为了保留足够的剩余肝体积,手术切除颇受限制;加之肝癌破裂出血极易发生腹腔转移[2],术中使用氟尿嘧啶降低远期腹腔转移率的治疗方案越
