角蛋白K18及其33、52位丝氨酸磷酸化在HBV感染肝脏疾病中的表达及意义

  • Published Date: 2008-04-20
  • Objective To investigate the relationship of Ser-33 and Ser-52 phosphorylated K18 and the progression of HBV infected human liver disease. Methods The expression and localization of K18 and Ser-33, 52 phosphorylated K18 of different progression of HBV infected human severe hepatitis were detected by histochemistry; The expression of K18 and Ser-33, 52phosphorylated K18 of different progression of HBV infected human liver disease were detected by Western Blot. Results The expression level of K18 in the liver cells have no association with progression of HBV hepatitis.Ser-33 and Ser-52 expressed very low in normal cells and locatedaround cytoplasmic membrane;Ser-33 and Ser-52 were induced overexpression in whole cellcytoplasm in chronicity HBV hepatitis. The expression of Ser-33 and Ser-52 reached a highest levels in severe hepatitis. The levels of Ser-33 and Ser-52 have significative differences among different states of liver diseases.Ser-52 phosphorylated K18 different states of liver diseases was distinctly induced in contrast to the healthy liver tissue, bu the levels had no difference. The levels of Ser-33 phosphorylated K18 were distinctly induced in severe hepatitis. Conclusion The phosphroylation of K18 could be a marker of progression of HBV infected human liver disease.
