Advertising policies

1.All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the JCH, which reserves the right to reject or cancel any ad at any time.

2.All advertisements are accepted and published by JCH on the warranty of the agency and advertiser that both are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of the advertisement.

3.All advertisements must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser by trademark or signature.

4.For Advertorials contact JCH sales director or WeChat(ID:lcgdbzz1985).

5.JCH will not be liable for any failure to publish any advertisement accepted by JCH; however, JCH shall use its reasonable efforts to place such advertisement in subsequent available space.

6.Any references to JCH or its services in advertisements, or merchandising by the advertiser or agency is subject to JCH’s written approval for such use.

7.JCH is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage for errors in displaying or printing an ad.

8.Proprietary names of pharmaceutical products must be accompanied by the chemical, generic, or official name; the quantity of all active substances must be stated along with the recommended dosage. New ad copy and creative for pharmaceutical products should be sent to the advertising department. Please allow two weeks for clearance.

9.All advertisements for pharmaceuticals, drugs, devices, and other regulated health care products must meet all applicable legal requirements, including regulations of the CFDA regarding advertisement and promotion. CFDA regulations contain exacting legal controls over the claims that drug advertisers may make for their products and may require advertisements to identify contraindications, side effects, etc. Adherence to CFDA and other legal requirements concerning the content of drug advertising is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

10.The JCH may change this Advertising Policy at any time, but an advertisement for which the closing date occurs before the effective date of the policy change will not be subject to the new policy.

11.In the event of nonpayment, the JCH reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are past due and payable to  the JCH.

12.DIGITAL ADS: Any use of the JCH trademarks or copyrighted material for links to and from the JCH’s website must be approved in advance by the JCH. Any unauthorized linking is prohibited. The JCH does not endorse or support any product or organization linked to its website, nor is the JCH responsible for the content of any website promoted in an ad. The use by advertiser or its agency of pixels, beacons, cookies, tracking tags, or similar technology in advertising creative for the purpose of collecting personally identifiable information is prohibited.
