乙肝病毒感染者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达及临床意义

Objective To explore the expression of CD4+CD25+ Tr in the peripheral blood of hepatitis B virus infection and its clinical significance.Methods Selection of asymptomatic carriers (ASC, n=25) acute hepatitis B (AHB, n=26) , chronic hepatitis B (CHB, n=38) and normal subjects (n=26) , CD4+CD25+Tr in peripheral blood of the four groups were detected by flow cytometry, the level of HBVDNA in serum were dynamically detected by PCR.Results CD4+ CD25+Tr expression in ASC and CHB elevated significantly than that in normal subjects (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .However, there is little discrepancy between AHB and normal subjects.Conclusion CD4+CD25+Tr in ASC and CHB is increased.The finding suggested that CD4+CD25+Tr play an active role in heptitis B virus infection, and relate clinical development.
