胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素分泌功能对肝硬化糖代谢的影响

  • Published Date: 2000-01-20
  • WT5”BZ] To evaluate the effect of Insulin resistance and secreting function on glucose metabolism of patients with cirrhosis, 30 cirrhosis patients and 26 controls were enrolled in the OGTT and insulin releasing test.IR derived from Homa model and HBCI were used for result analysis. Significant reduction in OGTT was observed while a rise in IR and HBCI was found in cirrhosis group compared with control group (P<0 01) .Serum insulin level was increased and insulin release was delayed in patients group. There exist insulin resistance, hepatogenous glucose tolerance impairment, endogenous hyperinsulinemia and insulin releasing delay in cirrhosis patients, which is considered to be associated with hepatonic dysfunction.
