川芎嗪诱导Bel-7402人肝癌细胞恶性表型逆转的研究

To investigate the reverse effectes of tetramethyl pyrazine on the malignant phenotype of BEL-7402 human hepatocarcinoma cells, The AFP Secretary level of the cells was determind by RIA, and the specific activities of tyrosine-α-ketoglutarate transaminase (TAT) , ornithine carbamyl transferase (OCT) and alkaline phospharase (ALP) , γ-glutamgl transpeptidase (γ-GT) and aldolase (ALD) were assayed by enzymological methods. After Treating BEL-7402 with 4mmol/L tetramethyl pyrazine, the proliferation of the cells, the secretary amount of AFP, and the specific activities of γ-GT and ALD were significantly diseased (P<0.05 and P<0.01) , but the specific activies of TAT, OCT and ALP, which reflecting the differentiation of the cells, were significantly increased (P<0.01 and P<0.05) . This studies suggested that tetramethyl pyrazine is the effective differentiatic inducer of the BEL-7402 human hepatocarcinoma cells.
