可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1和透明质酸水平在肝硬化患者中的临床意义

To study the relation between serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) , hyaluronic acid (HA) and liver cirrhosis, liver damage in patients with chronic liver disease. Serum sICAM-1 was measuned by ELISA in patients with liver cirrhosis and healthy persons. Serum levels of HA were measured by RIA in patients with liver cirrhosis in different stages and healthy persons. 1. Serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with liver corrhosis were significantly increased compared with healthy persons. 2.While serum levels of HA in patients with liver cirrhosis here also higher than healthy persons. The serum levels of sICAM-1, HA in different stages gradually increase with the pregression of liver damage. A significant positive correlation among serum levels of sICAM-1, HA and ALT, AST, total bilirubin, globulin could be observed. A marked negative correlation between sICAM-1, HA and serum ChE, serum albumin were feund. Serum levels of sICAM-1 and HA are two clinical markers for determining liver cirrhosis as well as for reflecting the damage of liver.
