抗-HBe阳性乙型肝炎病毒C基因启动子和前C基因变异

To study the mutations in the core promoter (CP) and the precore gene of hepatitis B virus in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CH) positive for anti-HBe.CP and precore gene were sequenced directly from sera, after amplication by the polymerase chain reaction. Precore mutation in nt 1896 (G→A) were observed in 21 of 34 of patients with anti-HBe positive CH and in 8 of 55 of patients with anti-HBe negative CH, the difference of which was significant.There was no significant difference in the prevalence of the double mutations (A→T at nt 1762 and G→A at nt 1764) between two groups.The mutation in nt 1752 (A→G) were observed in 8 of 10 of patients with chronic severe hepatitis B positive for anti-HBe and in 7 of 24 of patients with anti-HBe positive CH, the difference of which was significant.Precore mutation in nt1896 is related to chronic hepatitis B positive for anti-HBe.The mutation in nt1752 may be associated with severe hepatitis B positive for anti-HBe.
