α-SMA在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝组织中的表达

To study the expressio n of α-smooth-muscle actin and its pathological significance in evaluation of liver fibrosis and neeroinflammation of CHB.Liver biopsy specimens of 127cases of SHB were immunohistochemically stained for α-smooth-muscle actin (α-SMA) to compare the relationship of its expression with histological grading and staging of chro nic hepatitis and the histological activity index of Knodell.Another 6 cases, inc luding 3 cases of actue hepatitis and 3 cases of non-active cirrhosis respective ly, were chosen as controls.α-SMA was detected in all cases, either in CHB or in acute hepatitis and non-active cirrhosis.The cells positive for α-SMA increased around the enlarged portal areas mainly, as well as in some cases of lobular nea r focal necrosis and associated with progression of histological grading, staging and histological activity index of Knodell.α-SMA is an useful marker to judgem ent the degree of liver pathological changes not only for fibrosis but also for necroinflammation of CHB.
