To discuss the change of bleeding and cruoring system and the reason leading to bleeding about the patient with cirrhosis of liver.sixty patients is checked up platelet parameters by K4500 automatic blood corpuscle counting apparatus.The PLT、MPV、PCT and PDW of these patients are distinctively different.Bleeding group and non-bleeding group is also different.Four parameters of platelet are important to estimate the bleeding tendency about cirrhosis of liver and the function of the platelet and bleeding-cruoring system.
