腺苷脱氨酶在慢性病毒性肝病中的诊断价值研究

To study the clinical value of adenosine deaminase for diagnose of chronic viral hepatitis.The adenosine deaminase and liver function indexes of patients were determined by OLYMPUS AU400.The fibrosis indexes were detected by RIA assay.The serum adenosine deaminase in the patients with liver diseases, from HBV carriers, mild chronic hepatitis, severe chronic hepatitis to liver cirrhosis, increased gradually.The serum adenosine deaminase was correlated positively with serum aspirate aminotransferase, globulin, the width of portal vein, the thickniss of spleen and type Ⅲ procollagen.It was correlated negatively with serum albumin and cholinesterase.The higher serum adenosine deaminase expressed, was the worse illness showed in chronic viral hepatitis patients.It could reflect the decrease of liver synthesization function and active liver fibrosis.
