Objective To investigate the application and significance of CTA and CTAP in reexamination of liver cancer after surgical treatment.Methods CTA and CTAP were performed in 15 patients with primary hepatic cancer being operated.Results CTA and CTAP discovered 21 (91.3%) recurrent lesions in the peripheral region of embolized tumors, and 37 (92.5%) new lesions.The cirrhotic nodules and flow changes were well demonstrated.Conclusion CTA and CTAP are the most sensitive and specific method for the reexamination of liver cancer being operated, and play an important role in evaluating therapeutic effect and detecting early lesions.
