c-myb在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Objective To study the expression of c-myb in human hepatocelluar carcinoma tissues, we explored its role in the occurrence and development of HCC and clinical significance.Methods The protein expressions of c-myb were detected in 55 HCC tissues, 55 peri-carcinoma tissues, 12 hepatic cirrhosis tissues and 11 normal liver tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of c-myb protein in HCC tissues compared with normal liver tissues, its expression in peri-carcinoma tissues compared with hepatic cirrhosis tissues were significantly higher (P=0.000) .Conclusion These suggested that overexpression of c-myb gene might be an early accidence in the pathogenesis of HCC, and might play an important role in the occurrence and development of HCC, detecting the expression of c-myb had clinical significance.
