肝纤维化大鼠肝组织中NF-κB及ERK-1mRNA的表达

Objective To evaluate Expression of NF-κB and ERK-1mRNA in rat with liver fibrosis.Methods Liver fibrosis in rats were induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) .Rats were divided into two groups: normal control group, CCl4 model group.The expression of alpha-Smooth Muscle Action were detected by immunohistochemistry.The mRNA expression of nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK-1) were determined by RT-PCR.Results The mRNA expression of NF-κB and ERK-1 were significantly higher in model group (P<0.01) .Conclusion The activation of ERK signal transduction pathway enhances HSC proliferation of rats;on the other hand, the enhanced signal of nuclear factor kappaB may accelerate the procedure of liver fibrosis.Both of them may play an important role in liver fibrogenesis of rat.
