慢性乙型肝炎患者血清内毒素和PDGF水平的变化及意义

Objective To investigate and analyze the changes and correlations of and between plasma endotoxin, PDGF and levels of serum HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ.Methods Limulus test, ABC-ELISA and RIA was used to measured plasma endotoxin, PDGF, HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ, respectively, in 40 patients with chronic hepatitis B, and 40 healthy subjects were severed as control group.Results Plasma endotoxin, PDGF, HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ levels were significantly higher in patients group than those in control group (P<0.05) .The significant positive correlations were observed between the levels of endotoxin and PDGF, and between the two and HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ levels (P<0.01) .Conclusion Endotoxin may promote PDGF secretion in patients with hepatitis B, and the two may play a role in promoting the development of hepatic fibrosis.
