Abstract:
The objective of this study was to evaluate survival factors of the 97 patients with chronic severe hepatitis. The results showed that the more elder, the higher mortalities. The PTa of 83.50% of patients with thrombostest was more than 20%.Serum bilirubin level and a ratio of serum total bilirubin to conjugated were influential on survival of the patients. The opposite levels between serum bilirubin and ALT did not relate to prognosis of the patients with chronic severe hepatitis. Most of the survivors were only infected with hepatitis B virus.Prompt diagnosing, combined treating with Chinese and medicine, adjusting immunity, and adopting vigorous measure to prevent and treat complications were pivotal for increasing the survival of the patients with chronic severe hepatitis.
