Recent progress in research of hepatitis B viruses with precore and basic core promoter mutations

  • 摘要:

    HBV的前C区及基本核心启动子(BCP)变异可降低HBeAg的合成与分泌,也可增加病毒复制能力,导致HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎(CHB),对临床产生重要的影响。本文就HBV前C/BCP区变异的分子机理、生物学意义、实验室检测以及对临床和抗病毒治疗的影响等方面的研究进展作一综述。
