<正>在婴幼儿急性胆汁淤积性肝病恢复期,当血清胆红素和转氨酶水平明显下降时,血清GGT水平显著升高不是疾病恶化的反映,反而提示患者的预后较好。本文首次报道了1例药物性肝损伤导致的重度胆汁淤积的青年男性患者在应用激素和优思弗治疗的恢复期,当血清胆红素和转氨酶水平明显下降时,GGT水平出现显著升高后缓慢下降的变化过程,随访证实该患者预后良好。1病例资料患者男性,24岁,因"发现皮肤、巩膜黄染3个月,加重伴
