Perforation due to congenital choledochocyst misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis in a child

<正>1病例资料患儿女性,7岁,1周前出现上腹部胀痛,无发热,1 d前疼痛加重,剧烈,继而波及全腹,以右下腹明显,2014年12月10日就诊于当地医院,考虑"急性阑尾炎",拟行阑尾切除术。术中探查见腹腔内大量胆汁性液体,不除外消化道穿孔,遂上沿切口,共吸出胆汁性液体约500 ml,升结肠系膜、右侧腹膜均呈墨绿色,打开侧腹膜,见胆汁性渗出液及坏死组织,探查胃十二指肠、小肠、结肠见肠壁完整无穿孔。胆囊、肝十二指肠韧带充
