Bioartificial liver and liver transplantation: new modalities for the treatment of liver failure

  • 摘要: 肝衰竭的主要特征是肝细胞大范围坏死,病情进展迅速且预后差,目前治疗缺乏特效药物和手段。归纳了肝衰竭的4种治疗手段:内科治疗、细胞移植、肝移植和人工肝支持治疗,并就现有的治疗手段进行阐述分析。目前内科治疗方案有待优化,细胞移植治疗尚未应用于临床,肝移植是最有效的手段,但供肝短缺、费用昂贵,人工肝可以有效清除患者体内毒性物质。因此提出人工肝作为肝移植的过渡治疗,可以为肝再生或者肝移植争取时间,延长患者生存期,具有良好的应用前景。生物人工肝联合肝移植的新模式,可以为肝衰竭患者带来福音。
