Value of serum cholinesterase in diagnosis/treatment and prognostic evaluation of liver diseases

  • 摘要: 血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)由肝实质细胞合成,合成后立即释放入血,故测定血清ChE可作为肝功能的一项客观敏感指标。血清ChE作为肝功能状态评价的独立因素应用于临床的时间较长,其不仅能够敏感地反映肝脏的合成功能,而且有助于判断肝病的严重程度。血清ChE与血清前白蛋白、总胆固醇、总胆汁酸、凝血酶原时间等联合检测对于肝病诊疗具有重要价值。同时,血清ChE联合CTP分级或终末期肝病模型评分可更准确地评估肝脏的储备功能,有助于肝病患者的预后判断。
