Research advances in the association between interleukin-17 and liver diseases

  • 摘要: IL-17是辅助性T淋巴细胞17产生的一种促炎因子。IL-17可诱导多种趋化因子参与机体的免疫调节和炎症反应。IL-17通过激活肝脏内多种细胞产生炎性介质,分泌多种促炎因子调控肝脏的炎症。IL-17在多种肝脏疾病中的表达增高,如病毒性肝病、脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、肝寄生虫感染,并可促进肝硬化和肝癌的发生发展,与肝功能衰竭、肝移植排斥反应相关。综述了近年IL-17在肝脏疾病中的相关研究及进展。
